Job Description:Design and implement medium to enterprise level .NET applications with enterprise workflow and business process integration and design patterns. Architecting inception-to-delivery of .NET projects. Well versed with Organization structure and understand the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder and define these for subordinates Should be highly professional in dealing with superiors and subordinates Should be a mentor for subordinates and should strive for building their morale Provide required updates to immediate supervisor on assigned work packages, resources Deploying .NET rich and/or web client applications in a high-availability, clustered environment Constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software systems using Unified Modeling Language (UML) Participate, contribute and Influence during technical decisions with clients. Lead and Mentor technical teams. Participate in agile development process to ensure project deliverables are met, on time and of high quality Understanding and implementing of project management practices Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects
