Job Description
1. Suspend 37 gms of Difco/HI Media in 1000mls of distill water. Mix them well. 2. Take out 40 ml of the above solution for adults and around 20 ml in case of pediatric patients. 3. Sterile the respective bottles by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure at 121 degree Celsius for 15 mins. 4. Incubate one bottle of the batch for overnight & examine next day for any contamination. 5. Store the bottles in the tray. Responsible for generating reports for the test and get it evaluated by Senior Resident.
