Job Responsibilities
1.Protein purification techniques like., SEC, Ion-Exchange, Hydrophobic and Affinity chromatography’s.
2. Well versed with chromatography systems like Akta Avant, Explorer & Pilot.
3. Should know column handling, packing and unpacking procedures.
4. Protein concentration by TFF Hollow fibre.
5. Buffer preparations.
Filtration techniques (Nano and Sterile).
6. Preparation and review of process related protocols and reports.
